LISA HARDEN Having been involved in the sale of more than 800 homes throughout San Diego County, Lisa Harden attributes her success to her attention to detail, personalized service and her quick response to changes in the market. Lisa, a San Diego native, began her real estate career in 1985 as a new home sales agent. She has worked for several major builders in San Diego which has added to her knowledge of construction and design. She has established and maintained long term relationships with past clients over the years and referrals from satisfied Buyers and Sellers are her number one source of new business. |

Danielle Wright With previous experience in Sales, Finance, and Marketing, Danielle Wright brings a professional approach to advertising, marketing, and pricing homes to sell. She maintains the highest degree of competence, knowledge and professionalism and offers exceptional real estate service to her clients. She is a Native Californian and has lived in San Diego for the past 16 years. She graduated with honors with a B.A. in International Business. She has lived and worked in other countries including Spain and Japan, which has given her a greater understanding and appreciation for different cultures and lifestyles. She has a daughter and is active in her daughter's school and in the community.

KAT HELDMAN, Buyer’s Specialist
Kat Heldman is a local North county
resident and parent. Kat
graduated with honors from Washington State University in 2000 with a
dual degree in Human Development and Psychology and a minor in
Anthropology. She brings ethics, hard work and a track record in
negotiation and deal resolution. Her goal is to provide you with a
knowledgeable and understanding advocate to help you achieve your
Real Estate goals. She is constantly striving to become a more
valuable resource to her clients by taking ongoing classes and
further certifications. Kat is actively involved in the community and
volunteers with several local charitable agencies. These charities
include Volunteer San Diego, the Torrey Pines State Preserve and the
Del Mar Union School District. She is also a volunteer mountain guide
for the Big City Mountaineers, a grass-roots, non profit organization
that works with underprivileged, at-risk youth.

TREVOR CHRIST, Buyer’s Specialist Trevor Christ, a San Diego native, was surrounded by real estate professionals at a very young age. His grandparents started Red Carpet Realty in Orange County and experienced tremendous success in the early 70’s. Trevor knew he was destined for the real estate industry. He first became interested in the construction of new homes and worked with several custom home builders. For six years he specialized in the plumbing design and installation of new homes throughout San Diego County. Trevor then decided to pursue a career as a real estate salesperson. His knowledge of construction and design is an added asset to his clients. Trevor is also a Professional surfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. |

VAY ASHBY, Buyer's Specialist
Beginning her career with Lucasfilm, Ltd, as a property manager in Los
Angeles, Vay left the United States to live in Europe for ten years. She
was selected as project manager for US AID Entrepreneurial Program in
Bratislava, Slovakia and upon moving to Prague, she was the marketing
executive for The International School for Human Voice in the Czech
Republic. |

Megan Deglow, Licensed
Assistant As the Harden Wright & Associates Office, Marketing and Transaction Coordinator, Megan brings 8 years of diverse Real Estate experience including marketing of high end homes, assisting a top escrow officer in San Diego County, escrow coordination, commercial leasing, sales and property management. She has a current California Rea Estate license and a Real Estate Broker’s license in Oregon. Megan’s interaction and professionalism with clients along with her business management and marketing complement Harden Wright & Associates. No task is either too small or large for her to handle with care and attention to detail. Megan is very involved in animal welfare and leads the Southern California sector of the Italian Greyhound Rescue Fund. Her compassion shows through her work as a real estate professional and illuminates the quality of services she provides to clients. |
